    • Available for specific items and locations within Nairobi.
    • Orders must be placed before 11 a.m. for same-day delivery.

  • Express and Same-Day Delivery: Fees vary based on location and product weight in Nairobi

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, except on weekends and public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is shipped.

4. Delivery Times

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or delivery carrier delays.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach locations may experience longer delivery times.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • All shipped orders include a tracking number.
  • You can track your order by logging into your Dataworld Kenya account or by clicking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

6. Delivery Areas

  • We currently deliver within Kenya only.
  • For specific requests or delivery to remote areas, please contact our customer service team prior to placing an order.

7. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our delivery partner will make up to two additional attempts.
  • If the item is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-shipping fees.

8. Receiving Your Order

  • Upon receiving your package, please inspect it for any visible damage before signing.
  • If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

9. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered within Kenya only.
