RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Dataworld, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or may arrive damaged or defective. Therefore, we have developed the following Return and Refund Policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience for our valued customers:

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at sales@dataworld.co.ke with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer team will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact us at sales@dataworld.co.ke.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at sales@dataworld.co.ke with your order number and the reason for the exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
