FR1200 can be connected to RS485 port of any ZK’s inBio Panel or Standalone reader controllers.

Once user places their finger on FR1200, its fingerprint is matched by either ZK’s standalone reader controller (master reader) or ZK’s inBio Panel. It also provides Visual indication for acceptance/rejection of the user’s fingerprint.

FR1200 is an IP65 rated waterproof reader that can be used for many outdoor applications. The cables and connectors are epoxy sealed at the back of the reader.

FR1200-ID primarily connects with InBio panels. It also connects to stand-alone readers for doors needing both ingress & egress.

When users place their finger on the FR1200-ID fingerprint sensor, their fingerprint template is then transferred to the InBio panel via RS485 where it is matched and compared to an access control list on the InBio panel. The door will then open if the user has access rights. The entire process takes less than 1.5 seconds.

FR1200-ID is also IP65-rated and ideal for outdoor applications.

FR1500-ID also includes an internal ZKAccess prox card reader. Option for Mifare.
